Horse boarding and training is available at Skylark Stables. Located just north of Cannon Falls, Skylark Stables offers stall board, daily turnout in luscious green pastures, indoor arena, round pen, outdoor riding space, and trail riding. Boarding includes 4 private lessons. Also available is training for many different levels of horse; from colt starting, to exercising the mature horse or fixing a problem area. Training can be for western pleasure, hunter under saddle, all around, and pleasure riding. Using natural horsemanship and a firm yet gentle hand, we prepare your horse to be your partner in a quiet and calm manner to go in any direction you want.We offer lessons in ground work, western, english, and preparing to show. Each lesson is an hour in length which includes learning to groom the horse, saddle, and ride. Each lesson is planned around the rider's ability as well as special interests. We accommodate for special needs.
