Job Title: Riding Lessons Instructor
Job Description: ISO/WANTED a riding instructor to give lessons at my stables located in Moorhead, MN. Due to the demand for lessons, I need to add a 2nd instructor. Instructor would be expected to work closely with my current senior instructor in a team fashion. Each instructor would manage individual students but be available if other instructor needed assistance. Teamwork is very important as working together I feel can develop a strong lesson program. I am in need of someone that can commit year round, stick to a consistent schedule and take on the many inquiries. Instructor would be responsible for all aspects of the lessons. Including and not limited to scheduling, advertising, program planning and daily preparation. Stable will provide qualified lesson horse(s). Opportunities are unlimited as I am open to hosting camps, clinics, shows...etc. Pay for lessons is aprox $15/hr. All other programs TBD. Free outside board is offered to one personal horse as long as it can be used for lessons and programs. Please send resume and references via email. Our Opportunity

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of activities related to Delta Mustad Hoofcare Center sales activities, trade marketing, promotion management, product innovation, brand building and general communication within the market.
Skills & Experience Required: Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
Development of various monthly and quarterly sales reports
Coordination of dealer visit and event reports
Administration of sales initiatives/promotions
Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Prepare and follow up on any sales inquiries(online, phone, email) in collaboration with field reps
Laise between other departments such as logistics, supply chain and finance.
Coordinate team meetings, including preparations relating to facilities, travel and meeting materials
Development and management of price lists
Management of various contact databases in Salesforce
Marketing:
Supply customer needs for artwork and marketing material
Ensures sufficient levels of marketing materials and product samples at warehouse
Solicit and monitor feedback on the impact of promotional materials from sales and customer service teams and provides regular updates to Marketing manager
Responsible for trade show displays
Fulfills requests by sales for promotional material and product samples
Administrative:
Responsible for physical mailing of marketing material and samples to end-users and customers
Performs administrative tasks including completion of event applications
Coordinates and dispatches marketing material, booth and rental equipment for trade events
Updates product claim report, provides replacement whenever appropriate. Is the liaison between field and production teams
Manages and maintains calendar for sales & marketing
Other
Coordinates and centralizes data for product testing initiatives
Coordinates charitable donations and sponsorship fulfillment
Consolidates competitive feedback, provides insights to sales team
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree desired and three years of marketing experience required
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be efficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be highly motivated and a team player with an excellent attitude
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

3 Gems is seeking an individual to design and manage youth "day" camps.

As part of the interview process, applicants will be asked to design and submit a camp program outline

The program should state the following details:
-age of campers
-length of camp (hours to days)
-# of campers per camp (min and max)
-# of horses needed per camp
-level of horses per camp (we have 5-6 lead-line ponies and 2-3 lesson horses)
-cost of camp (ask for local camps to compare)
-hour by hour plan of activities
-# of volunteers (we have access to college interns)
-pay of employees if volunteers cannot be obtained
-season of camps can follow local school calendar thru all vacations and days off. (i.e. summer, spring, Christmas..etc)

SALARY: Director will be given 1/2 of the gross profit of camp registration fees. 3 Gems will provide horses, tack, snacks, and crafts.
Director will also be given free outdoor board for any personal horse they can use in the camp program. Horse must be approved by 3 Gems.
