Job Description: Must be available June 1 - August 15. In 2022, we are asking all of our staff and campers to be fully vaccinated for the Covid-19 virus.
We are looking for someone to run the program, including training and scheduling the staff.
We are also looking for 2-4 people to help out with lessons throughout the summer.
Camp Programs (camper classes) begin June 20 and run through August 10.
Skills & Experience Required: Primary Responsibilities
• Oversee horse program to ensure that programs are run safely.
• Health and care of the herd (12 horses)
• Make sure all equipment is in good working order and properly cared for
• Arrange for feeding schedule
• Report any unsafe equipment or conditions to the Camp Director.
• Remove or replace any failing equipment, including saddles, tack, fencing or other items
Secondary Responsibilities
• Work with Camp Program Directors to arrange class schedule
• Evaluate rider levels and pair with appropriate horse
• Maintain records of camper advancements and provide to Camp Program Directors every 2 weeks.
• Follow schedule for daily routine as outlined

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of activities related to Delta Mustad Hoofcare Center sales activities, trade marketing, promotion management, product innovation, brand building and general communication within the market.
Skills & Experience Required: Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Development of various monthly and quarterly sales reports
Coordination of dealer visit and event reports
Administration of sales initiatives/promotions
Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
Prepare and follow up on any sales inquiries(online, phone, email) in collaboration with field reps
Laise between other departments such as logistics, supply chain and finance.
