This is a facility available for rent, approximately May 1st to mid October each year at the So. St. Louis County Fairgrounds in the Duluth/Proctor area. There is an indoor riding arena with a solid sand floor along with an outdoor warm-up arena. Stalls available for rent. Outdoor wash racks available. Trailer parking with electrical outlets are available. Indoor mens/womens bathrooms with showers also available.
