Breeders of Paint Show Horses. We are a private Show horse facility with the only insulated warm arena in the area. We have a few stalls available for full service boarding. Heated Barn (in floor heat) that we keep at around 55 degrees, with airflow stalls with lights on timers to keep horses slick, automatic waterers and ceiling fans. Computerized ventilation system, Insulated indoor arena, 60x90 riding space, that very rarely goes below 32 degrees, large outdoor arena. We have a wash stall with hot/cold soft water. We have a washer and drying in the barn for horse laundry. There is a warm tackroom with a bathroom and window looking out into the indoor arena. Shaded pastures, private paddock could be available. Stalls cleaned daily and bedded deeply. All pens, paddocks and arena cleaned daily. During severe cold weather all horses are turned out in pens in our indoor arena. Customized feeding program or we can feed your supplements. Blanket management included. We have 2 farriers on a regular schedule. We can handle your horse for farrier and vet as needed. Horses must have a current coggins and proof of vaccinations and worming. References required. We have extensive experience with geriatric horses, they are always welcome. We also have large foaling stalls with individual turnout for mares and babies. We have plenty of room to park your trailer. Included in board: blanket management, holding horses for farrier or vet, and daily turnout. We are located south Wells, 1.5 miles south of I90 about 20 minutes west of Albert Lea.
